This Beatitude calls us to recognise the brokenness in the world and in our own lives. Mourning can arise from sorrow for sin, loss, or the pain of others. Reflect on how God\u2019s consolation brings hope and healing, even in the midst of suffering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oratio<\/strong><br \/>\nLord, I bring before You my sorrows and the burdens of others. Comfort me and those who mourn, and help us to find peace in Your eternal promises. Teach me to trust in Your consoling presence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contemplatio<\/strong><br \/>\nRest quietly in the Lord\u2019s presence, trusting in Yahweh\u2019s compassionate love. Let His promise of consolation fill your soul, bringing peace and reassurance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actio<\/strong><br \/>\nReach out to someone who is mourning or struggling.
