Meditate on humility, dependence on God, and recognising our spiritual poverty without His grace. Meditate on how this opens the door to the kingdom of heaven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oratio<\/strong><br \/>\nLord, teach me to embrace spiritual poverty, so that I may rely fully on You and live as a true citizen of Your heavenly kingdom. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contemplatio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Actio<\/strong><br \/>\nToday, practice spiritual poverty by offering help to someone in need\u2014be it a kind word, a prayer, or practical assistance.
